The nearby parks were fantastic for quality family fun! We especially loved visiting the Panola Mountain State Park, where we hiked some trails and enjoyed the fresh air. The kids had a great time exploring the outdoors...  

Family beware of this nightmare experience

Had a room with a nice view, but that’s where the good ended. They didn’t offer a refund when we found the scary situation in the room next door, and I was left feeling trapped while trying to keep my family safe....  

I had a lovely stay! The cleanliness of the linens was superb, and I appreciated the crisp, fresh sheets. Plus, the location was convenient, close to lots of stores, making it easy to grab snacks.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean, perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious and neat. I appreciated the cable programming for entertainment. It was a pleasant experience! 😊...  

I stayed in a 2 Queen Beds Non Smoking room and it was decent. The beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. I liked that the room had a fridge and microwave, made it easy to have snacks. But I did notice some spots that needed better cleaning, like the bathroom could've used a bit of attention. However, it was quiet at night, which I really appreciated!

Convenient Location but Major Cleanliness Issues

The convenient location near shopping and restaurants was a plus. however, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It was filled with cigarette smoke, and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. The staff were not particularly helpful or responsive to my concerns, which added to the frustration of my stay.
